Alternative Parking During Parkade Closure

Thank you for your patience as we embark on the much-needed reconstruction of the Fairfax Parkade. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Many thanks to the businesses who are sharing their parking with the community during the closure of the Parkade! Please park in designated areas only at the following:

Bike Museum: 1966 Sir Francis Drake Blvd: 10 spaces along the East side of the building on Claus Drive, marked by signs. Please do not park in the spots designated for Museum Visitors, or any spots designated No Parking during a Museum Event.

Deer Park Villa 367 Bolinas Road: 25 spaces every day from 6 am to 10 pm. Please follow signage to designated “Town Parking Areas.” This is ideal for cyclists.

Carolyn Ferris Art Studio (the former Garage): 2000 Sir Francis  Drake Blvd. 7-8 spots in the area marked by orange cones. Thanks to the Good Earth partners!

Fairfax Branch of the County Library 2097 Sir Francis Drake Blvd: Sundays all day and evening. Friday evenings after 5 pm. Saturday evenings after 6pm.

Fairfax Market 2020 Sir Francis Drake Blvd: 5 spaces designated for downtown merchants and/or customers will be available Monday through Friday only. No weekends. Signage will mark the locations.

Splitrock Tap and Wheel (next door to Fairfax Market): 5 spaces designated for downtown merchants and/or customers will be available Monday through Friday only. No weekends. Signage will mark the locations.

School Street Plaza: For registered merchants/employees only. To register, contact mgardner@townoffairfax.org.

The Way Station 2001 Sir Francis Drake Blvd: Monday through Friday only from 7 am to 1 pm.

The Town is continuing to secure additional off-street parking, so check back for updates or sign up for our Public Works Updates.
