Class Schedule

  • Mat Yoga: In-person and Zoom classes
    • Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    • Time: 9:00 am to 10:15 am
  • Chair Yoga: In-person and Zoom classes
    • Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    • Time: 10:30 am to 11:30 am
  • Level: All levels welcome; modify poses as needed and bring your own props.

Need to know

  • Props: Please bring your own; social distancing and mask-wearing optional.
  • Location: Women’s Club
  • Capacity: Limited to 20 people
  • Priority: Fairfax residents
