Short-Term Rental Program

The Town of Fairfax is in the process of implementing a Short-term Rental Program, which was approved by the Town Council at its September 7, 2022 meeting. Read the staff report and watch the meeting video.

We are working to set up the registration system. Please check back in May 2024.
