  • I would like to apply for one 3X3 space for $35Please note that a table will be provided. Please bring something to cover your half of the table. You will be sharing with another youth vendor.

  • Once I am notified of my acceptance to the Faire, I will pay the $35 non-refundable fee by, check, cash or money order made payable to the Town of Fairfax Mail to: Fairfax Recreation (142 Bolinas Road, Fairfax, CA 94930) Payment must be postmarked by November 15, 2019 I understand a space will not be reserved until payment is made in full.

  • ● I understand that Sustainable Fairfax & Fairfax Recreation reserves the right to deny any vendor’s application if her or his work does not meet the criteria or is considered inappropriate for sale at the Fairfax Craft Fair. ● I understand that if accepted as a vendor for the Fairfax Craft Fair, I must pay the fee to reserve my space by November 15, 2019. My booth fee will be non-refundable once I am selected as a vendor and have paid in full. ● I understand that I am agreeing to operate my booth as a seller for the entire duration of the Fairfax Craft Fair. I agree to keep my booth set up and stay until the event is over at 5:00pm. ● I understand that I cannot bring in a tent and must have approval for any other display that is not a table. ● I agree to clean up after myself and leave my space free of all garbage at the end of the event. ● I understand that the Fairfax Craft Faire, Sustainable Fairfax & Fairfax Recreation’s coordinators are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any items.
