Ordinance amending certain chapters and adding new chapters to Title 17 (Zoning) of the Town Code
The Council introduced an ordinance to amend 13 chapters and add four new chapters to Title 17 (Zoning) of the Town Code. The ordinance updates administrative procedures, incorporates new definitions and clarifications to the code, and/or implements key provisions of State Law. The second reading and possible adoption of the ordinance is scheduled for the December 6, 2023, Town Council meeting.

Status update on the 2023-31 Housing Element Update
The Council received an update summarizing feedback on the Draft Housing Element from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), an outline of ongoing changes to address the feedback, and details about upcoming meetings and project completion milestones.
