A revised draft of the 2023-31 Housing Element is now available on the Housing Element project page.
The Town has also completed a Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) which along with the Draft EIR analyze the environmental impacts of the Housing Element project and responds to previously provide public comments. It is also available on the Housing Element project page. The Town Council is scheduled to conduct a public hearing regarding both of these documents at a Special Meeting on December 13, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. Meetings are held at the Women’s Club on 46 Park Road in Fairfax and on Zoom.
