At the December 4 Town Council Meeting, four new ordinances were adopted. Ordinance 839 authorized the levy of a special municipal tax to finance the Town’s Municipal Services by the passage of a two-thirds vote on Measure F on the November 5, 2019 General Election. Ordinance 840 extended the Town’s ban on SmartMeters until repealed by the Town Council. Ordinances 841 and 842 amended the Town’s Building and Fire Codes to be compliant with the State’s standards.
