SCENIC ROAD PAVING PROJECT (11/25-11/26)
The Scenic Road pavement project is scheduled to begin Monday (11/25) and to be completed on Tuesday (11/26). The approximate location is between the Scenic/Ridge intersection and the 450 block of Scenic Road (approx. 1,000 linear ft). The project does require Ridge and the affected portion of Scenic Road to be closed during construction (Mon-Tues from 8:00am to 5:00pm). The roads will reopen after the end of each work day. The contractor will be providing flyers to the affected households. Detour signs will be posted along Scenic Rd.

12/10/19 UPDATE
The Contractor was unable to proceed today (Monday, 12/9)) due to the wetness of the road. The Contractor will be able to proceed on Tuesday (12/10) to complete the paving portion of the project. On Tuesday, the road (Ridge & 365 to 454 Scenic Rd.) will be closed from 8:00am to 4:00pm. On Wednesday (12/11), please expect traffic delays of up to 15 minutes for post pavement work from 8:00am to 3:30pm. The contractor will complete the post pavement work on Thursday (12/12). Residents may experience 5-10 minute traffic delays from 8:00am to 3:30pm on Thursday. Thank you for your continued patience.
12/6/19 UPDATE
Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc. will be working on pavement rehabilitation of Scenic Road between addresses #365 to #454, re-starting on Monday, 12-9-19.

- Tuesday (12-10-19), post paving work, traffic control using flaggers (delays up to 15 min), Working Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday (12-11-19), post paving work, traffic control using flaggers (delays 5-10 min), Working Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

11/27/19 UPDATE
Unfortunately, the Scenic Rd. Repaving project was unable to be completed due to weather. The contractor had to install temporary improvements to protect the road from the rain. When the weather permits, the contractor will complete the project, which will require road closures and traffic delays. Residents affected by the project will be given advance notice of the work by the contractor. Thank you for your continued understanding and patience.
11/25/19 UPDATE
Due to the pending rain on Tuesday afternoon, the contractor will be working past 5:00 pm today (Monday) to prep the road for paving tomorrow. On Tuesday, the contractor will begin work at 7:00 am. This is needed to complete the majority of paving work prior to the rain projected to begin Tuesday afternoon. However, Ridge Rd. will not be closed until 8:00 am on Tuesday morning.
11/20/19 UPDATE –1 PM
