Town Council and Planning Commission meetings are also streamed live during the meeting on Cable TV Ch 27 and Ch 99, in the viewer below, and online at the Community Media Center of Marin web site. Recordings of these meetings are stored in the meeting archives.
How to Watch or Listen on Zoom (in general)
The meeting agenda will have a link to join the meeting on Zoom and a Zoom telephone number to call in. To Zoom in, simply click on the Zoom link in the corresponding agenda. To call in and listen to the meeting by telephone, dial 1 (669) 900-9128 and enter the meeting ID listed on the agenda. Phone numbers are partially hidden. You can press *67 before dialing to hide yours completely.
How to Make a Comment at a Zoom Meeting
On Zoom: to speak during the public comment time, press the Raise Hand icon and you will be added to the queue and unmuted by staff when it is your turn.
Call in by telephone: dial 1 (669) 900-9128. (You can press *67 before dialing to hide your telephone number.) When prompted, enter the meeting ID # found on the corresponding agenda). To speak during the public comment time, press *9 and you will be added to the queue and unmuted when it is your turn. In case of busy signal, dial 1 (346) 248 7799.
By email before the meeting: as always, you may email your comment to the Council, Commission, or Committee to read prior to the meeting.
In Person: If you attend the meeting in person, you may approach the podium when the public comment period is opened.
