There is a ballot drop box located right outside Town Hall, open 24/7 until the polls close on Election Day (Nov. 3). You can insert your ballot into the box any time until then. Don’t forget to sign and date the return envelope!

A list of polling places where you may hand-deliver your voted ballot beginning Oct. 31st is in your Voter Information Guide, or on the Elections Department’s website. In Fairfax, the Women’s Club at 46 Park Road will serve as the polling place for the town. It will be open for 4 days for voting and for dropping off voted ballots starting Oct. 31 to Nov. 2 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 3 from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. You may drop off your voted ballot at any Marin County polling place during the 4-day schedule. However, to help reduce crowds and long lines, you may prefer to hand-deliver your voted ballot to a ballot drop box.
