Town Council Sends Letter to CPUC Opposing AT&T Applications

On Wednesday, March 6, the Fairfax Town Council authorized the Mayor to draft and send a letter to the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regarding opposition to AT&T’s applications A23-03-003 and A23-03-002 for targeted relief from its Carrier of Last Resort (COLR) obligation, and to relinquish its Eligible Telecommunications Carrier (ETC) designation.

The letter to the CPUC was mailed on Friday, March 8.
