    General discussion on potential change to Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to the maximum allowable floor area of a single family residence. The current maximum allowable floor area for a residential structure is 5,000 square feet. Discussion of a new maximum residential floor area limit of approximately 3,000 square feet. Planning and building staff are available at the public counter at Town Hall. Town Hall is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am – 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm and is closed to the public on Fridays.

If you are submitting a planning application, you are encouraged to do so during the hours of 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Scheduling an appointment is also recommended for applicants to ensure that a planner is available to assist you.
