The Town offers a competitive benefits package for all its full-time employees. All health benefits including dental and life insurance are covered by the Town for each employee and their dependents based on the Kaiser rate. Employees hired after July 1, 2013 may pay a portion of their health benefits depending on the selected plan. All full-time employees receive paid holidays, sick leave and vacation paid time off. All employees pay 100% or more of their share of retirement benefits. All employees hired after July 1, 2013 are not eligible to receive any retiree health benefits.
