- Conduct a Community Forum regarding the General Plan: specifically, reviewing two “Opportunity Sites” within the Housing Element, for the purpose of providing the community an opportunity to:

- Learn more about the 22 units of workforce housing targeted for 10 Olema Road and the 9 residential units targeted for School Street Plaza that are proposed within the Town’s current Housing Element;
- Discuss issues regarding the General Plan / Housing Element policies to rezone 10 Olema and School Street Plaza
