APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
CONSENT CALENDAR
The opportunity for public comment on consent calendar items will occur prior to the Town Council’s vote on the Consent Calendar. The Council may approve the entire consent calendar with one action. In the alternative, items on the Consent Calendar may be removed by any Town Council or staff member, for separate discussion and vote.
- Receive Report on the formation and purpose of a Racial Equity Committee to be agendized for the Council’s July 1st meeting – Town Manager
PUBLIC HEARING
- (Continued from June 3, 2020, Town Council Meeting) Discuss/consider Fiscal Year 2020-21 Proposed Operating and Capital Improvement Budget – Town Manager, Finance Director
REGULAR AGENDA
- Discuss/consider the further use of public spaces (e.g., parking lots) for temporary outdoor businesses uses and provide direction to staff – Town Manager
