  3. Approve contract with California Infrastructure Consultancy for Phase I preliminary engineering, community outreach, environmental, and design work for the replacement of the Azalea Avenue Bridge in an amount not-to-exceed $430,000 – Town Manager
  4. Approve permanent bike rack installation on the corner of Broadway and Bolinas – Town Manager
