Prior to 3:00 PM on the day of the meeting, members of the public may submit written comments to the Planning Commission. If comments are received after the circulation of the Commission meeting packet, but prior to the meeting, they will be sent to the Planning Commission and will be part of the meeting record but will not be read aloud.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
Continued consideration of the Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS) Toolkit for toolkit’s applicability by the Town on multifamily development proposals, changes to be made to the toolkit, and any other comments on the draft and whether the Commission ODDS/historic subcommittee should be expanded to include a Commissioner with specific architectural knowledge to be applied to review of the draft toolkit.
