Regular Town Council meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month, except for January and July,  at 6:30 p.m. at the Women's Club, 46 Park Road, Fairfax. The regular meetings in January and July are set by resolution each year as to not conflict with the January 1st and July 4th holidays.

The meeting agenda is posted the preceding Friday and a hard copy of the agenda and staff reports is available for review on the counter of Town Hall.
