Proposal Submission

Town of Fairfax (“Town”) will accept sealed proposals for its 2024 Fairfax Facilities Condition and Needs Assessment Project (“Project”), by or before 2:00 p.m. Tuesday October 9, at its Town Hall office, located at 142 Bolinas Rd, Fairfax, California, 94930, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Location and Description

Town of Fairfax is seeking a qualified firm to provide a comprehensive Facilities Condition and Needs Assessment for seven town owned facilities. Assessment will provide the Town with information on maintenance needs and to prioritize capital improvement projects.

Instructions to Bidders

All interested parties should carefully review the Notice Inviting Proposals for more detailed information before submitting a Proposal.

Bidders’ Conference

A bidders’ conference will be held on September 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at 142 Bolinas Road, Fairfax, CA 94930 to acquaint perspective consultants with the Town Campus and facilities. The conference is not mandatory.
