The Town Council conducted an internal recruitment process for a new Chief of Police, which included a community survey to gather the community's input on which qualities they deem most important in a police chief, as well as to invite the community to suggest interview questions and share comments regarding rethinking and reimagining police services. The survey closed April 26, 2021.
